Sam: -Walks into the main door before locking it-
Quinn: -Already downstairs-
Sam: -About to go downstairs when he hears Judy-
Judy: Sam, is there anything in the mail for me?
Sam: Oh, sorry Judy. I didn't check your mailbox.
Judy: Wait, since when do we have 2 mailboxes?
Sam: Since I made the appartment. I am appartment B
Judy: Oh, okay. I get it now.
Sam: Want me to start getting your mail too?
Judy: It's okay. I think it's good to have the privacy.
Sam: -Nods- It can help because someday, if you ever chose to move, we can move upstairs and use the appartment for a rental property.
Judy: Good idea.
Sam: -Smiles- Well, I better get going downstairs. Quinn must be waiting for me.
Judy: Just to let you know, we are having a family dinner tonight. And I don't want to hear anything about it. I will come downstairs.
Sam: -Nods- I get it, we are living under your roof so it is okay. Just give us an hour heads up. Quinn said she is taking a nap.
Judy: Okay. Well, I have held you up long enough so go ahead.
Sam: -Nods smiling and then goes to see Quinn downstairs-
