Sam: -Walks through the kitchen- Oh food, thank you Judy. -Goes to grab some food since he hasn't ate yet-
Mary: Sam, my room?
Sam: Sorry, we haven't ate yet. I was going to grab some right before you guys came down.
Mary: Okay. Well grab yourself a plate and just point me to the room.
Sam: Oh, right down the hall, door with QSE on it. I need to take that plaque downstairs.
Mary: QSE?
Sam: Quinn and Sam Evans.
Mary: -Smiles at her son- You are happy to be a husband I guess.
Sam: Happy? More like loving the fact that I can finally have privacy. Me and Judy worked out a deal. She funded it for a bit. When we decide to move out, she is going to use it as a income property to get cash.
Mary: Good deal.
Sam: -Chuckles- So, the kids okay with you being here?
Mary: Yes. I actually want to help get the nursery set up because I know it isn't done yet.
Sam: Trust me, it is. I will have to show you it when we go back downstairs. -Eats a bit more food- Here, how about you unpack and I can eat? Then you can meet us downstairs? Quinn needs food.-Goes to make them a plate of food-
Mary: Okay. -Grabs her bags smiling and brings them to the room-
Sam: -Smiles, happy to have his mom before heading back downstairs to give Quinn some food-
